In our experience a partner is the best person to present the service proposition to a prospect at a face-to-face meeting. However we understand that the ideal isn’t always possible; the partner may feel they lack the skills or, more likely, they just may not have the time to do it.

We can ”additional resource” by taking meetings on behalf of the firm if required, or we can guide partners on structuring the sales meeting, focusing on defining messages and having clear objectives.

We also offer on-the-job training with an emphasis on the sales cycle. We look at prospecting, account management, appointment setting, handling the meeting and essential follow up work.

The coaching mechanism is based on the principal that having the right attitude achieves lasting results because behaviours are changed.
